Heath and Wellness - We Sometimes Forget

I had been feeling achey and sluggish the last few months but I chalked that off to just a natural path of life (aka 'aging') - or being too busy.  The other day, I started taking my supplements again - morning and night.

This morning I'm completely ache-free and feel AMAZING.  I was preparing to take my supplements but accidentally dropped one of them in my cup of water - only to watch how fast it was 'melting'. That's how fast my body will absorb it.  I decided to experiment a little bit and dropped a multi-vitamin (store brand) in the same cup of water and it's been 20 minutes...still whole. Jeepers. No wonder the US Bobsledding and Speedskating team are believers!

We take some things for granted - but if you can feel the difference in three days, you realize how much control you have over your health!  And you really do! Enough to even BLOG about it!!  Anti-oxidants?  It's probably a word you read and let go.  But oxidation is what happens to a banana..it gets dark. Oxidation is what happens to our skin when we are faced with all the pollutants in the air..and our lungs that inhale the gunk out there (sorry).  I think I'm opting for a pack of supplements - and it's not store bought.

I forgot how great I can feel!!

We contacted Tervis Tumbler since we've been innundated with hits and questions on Bisphenol A (BPA). Here is the response from Tervis:
