Custom badges and nameplates are available through your promotional distributor. Badge or Nameplate Release Programs make it easy for you to order the small quantities that will arise after you place your initial order. 
On your initial order, extra badges are printed, paid for and placed in inventory for later release. When you are ready to order more, you'll be given a website to go into and get those personalized and shipped to you.
